Can I bring a date?

Answer

We joyfully invite you to our wedding day. To ensure we can accommodate all invited guests, we regret that only those offered a plus one on their invitation may bring a guest.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we can only accommodate our nieces and nephews on our wedding day.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 2pm. Please arrive approximately 30 minuets prior to the ceremony start time. The ceremony will take place in front of the pond. One to two golf carts will be available to take guests to this location on the farm.

Can I take photos?

Answer

The bride and groom kindly request an unplugged ceremony. Please turn off all devices and be fully present in the moment. We've hired a professional photographer to capture how this moment looks with their camera, so you can capture how it feels with your heart. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take lots of photos at all post ceremony events. A QR code will be available for guests to upload and share their favorite post ceremony pictures.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want you to be comfortable at our wedding. The dress code is dressy casual attire such as a sundress, skirt, or dressy pants with a nice top for the ladies. Gentlemen, please wear items such as button-down shirt or polo and nice pants. Please keep in mind this is an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour, with many outdoor activities at the reception.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The parking will be in the field across the street from the barn. Follow the signs and park on the grass next to each other. Please do not park in the gravel driveway as this will prevent other cars from parking on the grass.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be a buffet style dinner. Please advise the Bride or Groom ahead of time if you have any allergies or diet restrictions.

Will you be serving alcohol?

Answer

Four signature drinks will be available as well as beer and wine. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available such as water, soda, juice, coffee, and hot tea. Alcohol may only be served by our bartenders during the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.

Will there be an afterparty?

Answer

The reception will end at 7:30. Guests are welcome to stay on the property to celebrate as long as the Bride and Groom do. Music, games, & fun will be had until the exhaustion sets in.

Is smoking allowed at Willow Farms?

Answer

There is a designated smoking area by the firepit. A bucket and ashtrays will be provided for cigar and cigarette butts. Please help prevent the bride and groom from a Sunday morning butt clean up by disposing of all butts in the designated bins.
