Question

What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is July 1st. If a guest does not submit a response by the given date, we will mark them as 'declined'. Unfortunately, due to requirements such as headcount for catering and other vendors, we cannot be flexible for last minute guest additions.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will start at 3, so we ask that you arrive at 2:30 and no later than 2:45.

Where do I park?

There is a huge lot with plenty of parking available, directly across from the Pavillion.

Can I bring my children or a plus one?

Answer

In an effort to keep this wedding small and intimate, we ask that only those who have specifically been invited attend.

How far is the venue from Anchorage?

Answer

The venue is about 45-60 minutes from Anchorage, depending on traffic. We'd advise giving yourself about 1.5 hours for travel in case of any traffic delays on the highway!

"But WHAT will I wear?!"

Answer

We'd recommend semi-formal (button-ups/ties, nice jeans or slacks, dresses, etc). We'd advise against heels as it will be grassy/rocky in some areas around the pavillion. Both the ceremony and reception are outside, and as it gets later, it could become a little chilly. The venue does have one side enclosed and space heater towers so we should be able to stay warm, but we'd recommend making sure you bring a shawl/jacket! Guests should avoid wearing any colors that may photograph as 'white', such as champagne, ivory or creams as those colors are reserved for the bridal party.

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

Our wedding decor will include colors like blush pink, light purple, dusty blue, and gold. While not a requirement, guests are welcome to choose wedding attire with those colors in mind :)
