We're Getting Married!

It all started at UTSA, where fate (a few well-meaning friends) brought us together. At the time, both of our best friends were dating each other, which meant Sam and I found ourselves in the same circle more often than not. My best friend Lauren thought it would be a great idea for Sam to date one of her friends. After some playful deliberation, Sam decided he wanted to get to know me better. We started talking more and went on a few casual dates. But I’ll admit—I didn’t make it easy for him. I told Sam I wasn’t ready for anything serious and just wanted to be friends. Through it all, Sam was incredibly patient and never pushed. He stuck around, always kind and consistent. Eventually, Sam began talking to other girls, and to my own surprise... I got jealous. That moment made things clearer for both of us. He chose to focus solely on me, and we continued getting to know each other without pressure or labels. Still, I kept him on his toes avoiding the "girlfriend" title. But after being together for some time I finally said yes. From that day on, we've been together, growing, laughing, and building a life that we can’t wait to celebrate with all of you.
