Reservations for the group rate must be made prior to 8/15/25. These are a first come first serve basis and given our weekend being a very desired wedding weekend, the rooms will fill up quickly. If you are unable to get a room at your time of booking, please reach out to Jen (484-653-7680) so she can be made aware of who else needs a room and can do her best to accommodate with the receptionist. Rooms are ready to be reserved by calling Reservations (215-491-0700) and referencing the SCHWAB-SCHEPPERD WEDDING ROOM BLOCK or you may book online using our link provided with code SSW. This hotel is roughly a 20-minute drive to our venue (ceremony and reception). Shuttles will be provided for those who do not wish to drive.

Pre Event: A complimentary shuttle will be available for those who do not wish to drive to the venue. There are 2 shuttle times. The first will be leaving the Hampton Inn and Suites at roughly 3pm and head to Hampton Inn Doylestown on its way to the venue to pick up any guests who have chosen that room block. The second shuttle will be leaving the Hampton Inn and Suites at roughly 3:15pm, heading directly to the venue. Ceremony start time is 4pm. Please be prompt and make sure to bring all your belongings as we do not have ownership of these for the entire event. Post Event: The shuttles will begin shuttling guests who wish to head back to the hotels post event. They will run every 20 minutes starting at 10pm.
