Yes! When RSVPing online if there is not a "Guest" option then reach out to us to update.

Yes! Just contact us to let us know how many will be coming including kids.

How do I get to the event?

Answer

The wedding will be in Carmel, CA. See the schedule section of our website. It has the address of the location and a "Map" link to help navigate.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Both are taking place at Mission Ranch Hotel. See the schedule page for more information.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors followed by cocktails & appetizers both indoor and outdoor. Reception/dinner indoor.

What about COVID-19?

Answer

Life is ever changing, so is the pandemic. Currently there are no restrictions in our area for masks or vaccination status, but if things change we will update the website. We want all our guests to feel comfortable so if you prefer to wear a mask during the event please do so. The event has both indoor and outdoor spaces and plenty of airflow and heaters.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes, appetizers and drinks after the ceremony and then a full sit down dinner.

Where should we stay?

Answer

There are a plethora of hotels in the area, but we suggest looking in Seaside, CA or Marina, CA. It is a short drive to Carmel and rates are usually cheaper.

What is the closest airport?

Answer

The closest airport is Monterey Regional Airport (MRY), but flights can be limited. San Jose International (SJC) is the next closest about 1.5 hour drive to Carmel.

Will there be any vegetarian or gluten free options?

Answer

Yes. We want to try and accommodate the best we can. If you have other specific dietary needs contact us so we can check in with the caterer to see if its an option.
