Sundial Bridge
A famous bridge built by a world-renowned architect. We went on many walking dates here. A favorite spot for us as a couple to enjoy the river, the beauty of nature, and good company! Redding is known to have some of the best fly fishing in the world.
Whiskeytown Lake
Such a beautiful lake that is so nearby! We love paddleboarding and enjoying the water out here. Much needed in the summer to cool off from the triple digit heat.

One of the newest, best restaurants in town! The burgers and duck fat fries are incredible. Fun fact: Jen worked on this project during it's construction phase!

The taqueria where we are regular's at. Also, a remodel project that Jen worked on last year. Even though these tacos are good, I (Jen) will always miss the tacos from Texas.

Mount Shasta
Just an hour north of Redding is beautiful Mt. Shasta. Over 14,000 feet, this is such an incredible area. Cute little mountain town with many nearby hikes. We love living so close to so much beautiful nature to enjoy.
Burney Falls
One of the most beautiful waterfalls in the state!
Shasta Dam
A beautiful viewpoint of Shasta Lake as well as seeing Mt. Shasta in the distance. The dam was built between 1938-1945, providing water for the Sacramento Valley and Central Valley of California.
