Jennifer is the daughter of Matt and Cyndy Booker. She is the youngest of 4 to Jessica, Riley, and Ben. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Clinical Counseling at Point Loma Nazarene University. Joshua is the son of Albert and Irma Smith. He is the oldest of 4 to Daniel, Michael, and Sabrina. He is working in the office of the pastor at the Rock Church. Joshua and Jennifer are both San Diego natives, and are moving to Mission Hills, SD after they're married!

Our story begins on an app called Hinge, we're guessing you've probably heard of it. Our first date involved a flat tire, awkward eye contact before meeting, and spilled coffee. The rest has been a lovely and somewhat clumsy journey. Splatter painting, attempted hot air balloon rides, road trips, and lots more.

Josh has always imagined proposing at Sunset Cliffs, so he did just that! Jen's friend Kelsea photographs for her sister's clothing company and said she needed Jen's help to model at the Cliffs. Surprise, surprise Josh snuck up during their photoshoot and proposed! Or maybe not so much of a surprise for Jen, as she saw Josh pull up next to them in the parking lot right before the proposal. After we celebrated with immediate family and close friends!
