When and how should I RSVP?

Please book your stay by April 1st—this helps us plan everything for the weekend. Please use the RSVP tab. You’ll receive an email with a link to our wedding room block, which is the easiest way to secure your reservation and confirm your attendance.

Can I book a room outside of Xcaret Arte?

Answer

To make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible, we encourage all guests to book through our wedding room block at Hotel Xcaret Arte. The resort is very large and accessing the parks can be difficult without staying on property, and our room block guests receive special pricing. Booking outside the resort means you will not have access to wedding transportation or airport shuttles, so if you plan to stay elsewhere, please let us know in advance so we can coordinate accordingly. Staying within our room block ensures you can relax, enjoy all the parks, and make the most of the wedding weekend with ease.

Is there a dress code?

Our wedding attire is formal. Keep in mind it may be warm, so breathable fabrics are recommended.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please reach out directly to us if you have any food allergies. We want to make sure you enjoy the dinner provided at the wedding. We are happy to work with you.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The day after the wedding we are planning to do a boat. Limited spots are open, so if you'd like to join. Please let us know ahead of time. Thank you!

How early should I arrive before the wedding?

Answer

We recommend arriving October 8th to settle in, explore the resort, and enjoy the welcome event the next day.
