Please RSVP before August 7th, 2026. While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We hope this allows you to enjoy a weekend off to celebrate with us to the fullest! We are so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family! Due to venue capacity, we can accommodate only the guests specifically listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

ACCOMODATIONS

We recommend staying at Firefall Ranch in Groveland, CA. The room block and discount code is WALTERS. If your desired cabin type shows as unavailable on the website, please call the resort to book over the phone. All cabin types will be available to book at the discounted rate when you call to book at (209) 379-6820. Please ensure you book before August 7th to guarantee your stay. The closest airports are the Sacramento Airport and Fresno Airport, each about 2.5 hours away from the venue. The San Jose Airport and San Fransisco Airport are about 3 hours away, traffic depending.

We suggest arriving at the resort during daylight hours, as the drive involves some winding, unlit mountain roads.

Parking is complimentary for all guests. Please note that rideshare is largely unavailable in this area.

Answer
Welcome Party Attire: We’re leaning into a chic western aesthetic for our welcome party—think elevated denim, silk scarves, polished leather, or your favorite felt hat. While western-inspired attire is encouraged, please feel free to wear whatever makes you feel your best! Wedding Attire: Cocktail attire is the dress code for our wedding. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and gentlemen should wear suits or sports coats. Our venue features beautiful natural paths and uneven terrain. To ensure you’re comfortable from the ceremony to the dance floor, we recommend wearing flats, block heels, or wedges.

The weather in Groveland in November is typically in the mid-60s during the day, but can drop into the 30s at night. The ceremony will be held outdoors. We do suggest bringing clothing appropriate for cold weather, including a coat.

VISITING YOSEMITE
Answer
Yosemite National Park is about 1 hour from Firefall Ranch, with the closest entrance being 25 minutes away. Park reservations are not needed to enter the park at this time.

Groveland and Yosemite can have spotty cell service. Firefall Ranch has complimentary Wi-Fi on the property. Wi-Fi calling may be needed to make calls.
