We will be sending formal invitations out that will include RSVP information. Please RSVP by April 22, 2022. If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you. If you aren't sure or have concerns, call Jen or Ian.
The ceremony will begin at 4pm outside on the 10th Tee Box. The venue allows wedding guests to arrive no earlier than 2:30pm.
Our wedding will be semi-formal to cocktail attire. Suits and dresses are welcome. Ties are optional. The ceremony is on grass which can be soft, so maybe rethink the stilettos!
We are currently building our registry. As the wedding gets closer, check back on the website for more details.
We've listed a few on our Travel & Accommodations page. But this is Nevada, after all. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of places to choose from in the Reno-Carson City-Lake Tahoe area. Places in Lake Tahoe will be closer to the venue but much more expensive. We recommend checking your favorite booking website.
The Chateau provides ample parking close to the ceremony and reception sites. However, because Incline Village is a vacation community and June falls in the busy season, parking may be limited. We encourage guests to arrive early or consider carpooling.
Please let us know of any food allergies. We will notify the catering staff and do our best to accommodate.
Our ceremony will be outdoors on the 10th Tee Box, while the Reception will be indoors in the Grand Ballroom. A wraparound balcony adjacent to the ballroom will allow guests to enjoy the beautiful outdoors throughout the event should you desire. In the unlikely event that inclement weather affects the ceremony outdoors, there is an alternative location inside we can use.
Those of you who live in Northern Nevada know that it can be anyone's guess what the weather will be like from day-to-day! With that being said, June in Tahoe is usually sunny and quite nice. The higher elevations will keep temperatures comfortable, but you might want to bring a sweater.
