Is there a shuttle to the wedding venue available?
Answer
A shuttle will run from the main hotel, the Courtyard Montvale, to the wedding venue for individuals staying in the hotel block. The time the shuttle will leave for the venue is 1:00pm. The time the shuttle will leave to go back to the hotel is 7:30pm.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony, at 1:30pm, to allow the day to start on time and run smoothly.

Will the ceremony be outdoors?
Answer
We are hoping for an outdoor ceremony! However, in the case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held indoors.

What is the dress code for the wedding?
Answer
The dress code is Summer Formal.

What color will the bridesmaids be wearing?
Answer
The bridesmaids will be in Dusty Blue dresses.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We hope you understand our decision.

The cutoff date to book under the block is July 18.
