Back in 2018, Jen and Christian’s story began the way so many modern love stories do — online. What started as a simple conversation, quickly turned into nonstop texts, late-night calls, and FaceTimes that lasted for hours. Before they even met in person, they had already become best friends. It took them nearly a year of talking, before finally meeting for their first date at Lucky Louie’s, a famous hot dog spot in Erie, PA. While most people try to play it cool on a first date, Jen dove right into a chili cheese dog, and Christian couldn’t stop smiling. Somewhere between the laughter and extra napkins, he realized he was falling for her. In 2019, their friendship officially turned into a relationship, and the last several years have been filled with love, adventures, and making each other laugh through it all. Five years later, in 2024, Christian proposed, and Jen said yes! Now in 2026, they’re finally getting married and starting their next chapter together — still best friends, still laughing, and still making each other smile just like they did on that very first date.
