Jaye is Jen's big sister and has been one of her biggest supporters throughout her life. Jaye literally thought that Jen wouldn't survive without her, but she's obviously taught her a lot. Jen couldn't get married without her sister Jaye by her side.

Surprisingly, Jerria and Jen grew up in the same hometown, but did not meet until college. They became sorority sisters, roommates, and best friends. Jerria has been a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, as well as there to hold Jen's hair back. ;)

Chessie and Jen met in elementary school, did 4 years of homeschool together, and 1 year at the same high school. From dance classes to climbing trees in the back yard they were pretty much inseparable. They took pride in telling people that they were sisters, even though they aren't. :)

Paris and Jen became friends in their 10th grade English class after discovering that they both had unlimited text messages, but no one to text. Paris helped Jen to creep out of her shell in high school by joining the marching band and she's forever grateful.

Jen met Tia thru mutual friends while in college. They became sorority sisters and pretty much toughed out college together. I bet they could both agree that it was the best time of their lives thus far. Jen couldn't picture her day without her!

Cornesha and Jen met at church thru their significant others and it was like the friendship was totally meant to be! She has been such an encourager in Jen's life thus far and she's glad to have her play a part in her day.

Bella is 16 years old and she is like a niece to Jen. Jen has had the pleasure of watching her blossom into a beautiful and intelligent young lady right before her eyes. They can't wait to have Bella be a part of the special day!

Sydney is 13 years old and has a personality that anyone would love. She has grown up tremendously in 13 short years. She's so special to Jen and is the sister of Bella. We look forward to having Sydney as part of the wedding party.

Aniyah is the fun loving, slime creating, always ready to travel 9 year old cousin of the groom. Aniyah has the sweetest demeanor and is a constant source of energy and joy. We can't wait to have her be our flower girl!

Paxton is almost 2 years old and is the God Daughter of the bride and daughter of Jerria. She loves to play, talk, and walk. We are excited to see what she decides to do down the aisle. :)

Rod and Chris met through their Young Professionals small group shortly after Chris moved to Birmingham. Whether its legal advice, help with vacation planning, or analysis on the best way to propose, Rod is ever dependable. Always a source of laughs and wisdom, Rod has slowly become the big brother Chris never had.

Quintin and Chris met in 8th grade algebra class after the alphabetical seating arrangement sat them next to one another. They quickly realized that we were also the only two black boys in the advanced math class. Later that day, they found out they also had band together and were pretty inseparable from that day on. Their friendship is proof that introverts and extroverts can co-exist haha.

Todd is Chris' little, big cousin. Todd has two years of age on Chris, but Chris has 6 inches of height on Todd...and he rarely lets Todd forget it. Growing up, it wasn't a trip to Oxford unless Chris got to hang out with his favorite cousin and one of his first friends, Todd.

Neil and Chris met at Auburn University as members of the alto saxophone section in marching band...even though for the first semester Chris repeatedly mistook Neil for a different guy named Kyle. Often the voice of reason, Neil is a great friend, idea man, and yes, still the voice of reason.

Chris and Zach became friends during their time together in the alto saxophone section in the Auburn University marching band. Their mutual interests in common sense, practical politics, and cultural exchange nights laid the foundation for a great friendship.

When Chris and Hayes met at Auburn Band Camp in 2008, Hayes thought Chris was a cool, Chris couldn't stand Hayes. 11 years, countless good times, one fateful spring break trip and a few questionable decisions later, they're the best of friends. Evidence that first impressions aren't always correct.

Leland is an elementary school dinosaur expert, ice cream connoisseur, and the owner of the most fun laugh you've ever heard. We can't wait to have him as our ring bearer.
