Jen was visiting New York City for the first time in a year from her new life in Copenhagen. Charles was in New York City temporarily for work, living out of a suitcase. In a tiny window of time, we matched online unaware we had just swiped right on the rest of our lives. We planned to grab breakfast burritos but missed each other by a day. The conversation faded until Charles suggested a phone call. We both thought, “Why not?” expecting a quick chat, certainly not a conversation that would leave us both thinking, Wait… was that something? That call turned into a six-hour FaceTime, then another, and soon weekly calls became our quiet routine. Charles eventually proposed a recurring FaceTime until we could finally meet in person that December. As it turned out, God had been quietly setting the stage for us. Jen’s parents had a home in Buena Park just 20 minutes from Charles. Charles’s work would soon take him to Europe. Little by little, life kept handing us reasons to keep showing up for each other and Jen made the leap and moved from Copenhagen to California. And now, here we are ready to sail the same ship together. We can’t wait to celebrate with all of you in August!

Yes! There is a parking lot in front of the venue and can accomodate 65 spots. Parking around the area is possible but more difficult to find.
