We're Getting married!

Jen had just moved to North Carolina in June from the intolerable Florida heat looking for a change and to be closer to family. She joined some dating websites to meet new people and start her new adventure in NC! Brad was starting a new chapter in his life and selling his house in Leland looking for his next adventure. He began browsing the dating apps to see what was out there and find companionship. Brad and Jen connected on Tinder (scandalous) and decided to meet up to play some pool near Jen's house in Carolina Shores. On the drive to Harley's Roadhouse Brad almost turned around thinking that this drive (50 minutes) would never work for a long-term relationship, but he kept going and decided to take a chance! Jen had been on a couple other dates and was just getting the hang of "this dating thing" and decided it was fun going out to meet new people. She modeled her outfit virtually for her "Peeps" and sent her sister all of Brad's info and her location in case he was a serial killer. The two finally met up at Harley's and hit it off playing pool. They decided to meet again for another date, and the rest is history! Brad brought Leonard the Boxer dog into Jen's life and Jen had FiFi the cat who lived to 20 years old, passing 6 months after Brad and Jen met. Jen thinks FiFi knew Jen found her person and was ok to leave her with Brad and Leonard. Together they welcomed Marvin the Boxer into their family in March 2024 and he keeps everyone on their toes! They love their little family and life in Carolina Shores!
