This is where the bride and groom will be staying, as well as where the welcome party, wedding ceremony, reception & pool party will be held! There is a 2 night minimum. The hotel also recommends our guests to make their reservations quickly as discounts and minimum stay requirements will change as the hotel inventory becomes limited, prompting the hotel to close out all discounts as it reaches a projected sell out. UPDATE 4/6/26 - Hotel inventory is limited so please book asap if you're planning to stay at The Sagamore. The discount code is no longer valid, as the hotel is nearing a full sellout.

There are plenty of charming inns and Airbnbs in Bolton Landing. Many of these properties are smaller and may not be able to accommodate large groups, which can make arranging transportation to and from wedding events challenging. If you choose to stay at one of these locations, you may need to arrange your own transportation (although we will do our best to accomodate you!) Options include renting a car, using Uber or Lyft (availability can be limited), or contacting your hotel or hosts for local transportation recommendations. Please let us know if you are staying somewhere other than The Sagamore so we can plan transportation accordingly.
Travel Note
For transportation to and from the airport, The Sagamore recommends renting a car or reserving a shuttle in advance, as Uber and Lyft services in the area are limited and can be expensive. Please note this shuttle accommodates up to 4 guests, depending on luggage. During your stay, The Sagamore offers two 16-passenger vans for guests, providing transportation around the island, to the golf course, and into Bolton Landing (including stops at Tops). For trips beyond Bolton Landing, consider arranging a car rental or hiring a private driver for the day.
