When should I RSVP by?

We will make the invitations specific, but if you have any questions please ask! Same goes for children too.

What's the dress code?
Answer
Cocktail attire, but come feeling fancy in whatever gives you confidence to jump on the dance floor! A helpful guide: wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits; dark suits, jackets and slacks. Note that both the ceremony and dinner are outside so dress prepared for the weather.

Is there transportation between the hotel and venue?
Answer
Yes! We will be providing a shuttle service between the Courtyard Marriott hotel and the venue, Cosima both to and from the event. You can find the schedule for the shuttle under the "Travel" tab. If you would prefer to have separate transportation, we highly encourage you to use local taxis, or Uber/Lfyt. Though the venue is close to the hotel, the entrance to the restaurant can be hard to locate and the parking garage difficult to navigate.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The cocktail hour will start promptly at 4:30pm and there will be a shuttle that will leave a bit before then from the hotel to get you there on time. All shuttle information can be found under the "Travel" tab.

What is the safety plan in regards to COVID-19?
Answer
We're so glad you asked! We have done everything we can to ensure that this wedding is a safe as possible. We have specifically kept the guest list very small, and have chosen a venue where we can spread out in order to respect individual comfort. Weather permitting, both the ceremony and dinner will be held outside. The cocktail hour will be set up inside the restaurant, but there will be outdoor spaces you to enjoy your drinks and snacks. We will be honoring all local mask mandates in Baltimore as they will be at the time of the event, and invite you to wear a mask (even if not required) if that would make you more comfortable.

I have food allergies, can I make a special request?

We did our best to note food allergies, but if you think we may have missed yours please reach out and we can make a note for the restaurant staff. There will a lot of delicious food at our wedding, and we want to make sure everyone can enjoy it!
Question
Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Yes! There will be a Monday morning breakfast for those staying at the hotel. Please refer to the "Schedule" tab at the top of the screen.
