Our wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 pm at Old Saint Mary Catholic Church. Please arrive at the church at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony. Anyone arriving too close to the processional may be asked to refrain from entering until the service begins. There will be a short break after the ceremony, allowing guests to check-in, socialize, or relax before the reception.
Old Saint Mary Catholic Church The church’s east-side lot, accessible from Milwaukee and Kilbourn Streets, offers 30 parking spaces and a handicap entrance at the back of the building. There is a noon ceremony, so please note that parking spaces will become available closer to 1:30 PM as guests from the earlier event depart. Street parking is free on Saturdays and Sundays. Please mind the parking signs for additional specifics. St. James 1868 The venue offers a 45-space lot located southeast of the building, between Wisconsin Avenue and Michigan Avenue. Enter via the alleyway. Please note that overnight parking is not permitted. - When the lot is full - Street parking is available on 8th Street, 9th Street and Michigan Avenue. Most street parking is free on Saturdays and Sundays. Nearby lot options, including the library lot, are available but are PAID. Also... free street parking and paid lots are available near the Hilton, where you can park and hop on our shuttle to the venue.
Shuttle Schedule Hilton Shuttle Pick-Up & Drop-Off The shuttle will pick up and drop off at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center “back” entrance on North 6th Street. Given the proximity of all locations, please note that the shuttle accommodates approximately 30 guests per trip, so multiple runs may be required throughout the day. Ceremony Shuttle – Hilton (N. 6th St.) to Old St. Mary Departures 1:15 PM 1:35 PM Return trips to the Hilton will run as needed after the ceremony, with a final departure at 3:20 PM. Cocktail Hour Shuttle – Hilton (N. 6th St.) to St. James Shuttle will arrive early for loading Departures approximately every 25 minutes: 4:25 PM, 4:50 PM, 5:15 PM, 5:40 PM Evening Shuttle – St. James to Hilton (N. 6th St.) 6:00–10:00 PM: Departures every 30 minutes 10:00 PM–Midnight: Continuous shuttle service
The attire for our wedding is formal. For men, this means a dark suit, tie or bow tie. For women, we recommend sophisticated dresses or elegant separates. We kindly ask no jeans, khakis, sneakers, sundresses, etc.
Invited guests are listed by name or as '& Guest.' If you have a long-time significant other who is not specifically mentioned, please reach out to us.
While we love your children, this is an adults-only wedding, including both the ceremony and the reception.
