Use the below link to book The Shaffer Wedding group rate. Group Rate is 380.00 USD per night and the last day to book at our group rate is Tuesday, April 07, 2026. The Royal Hawaiian is where the wedding party and our families will be staying. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of our welcome party and daytime activities, making it the perfect spot to stay and celebrate with us all weekend! It will also be the pickup spot for wedding day transportation.

This is another great option and where a lot of our guests will be staying. It is within walking distance to the Royal Hawaiian. Rate is around 300.00 USD a night.

Shuttle

Royal Star

A shuttle will be provided for all guests to and from the wedding venue on May 10th. Pick-up will be at The Royal Hawaiian at 2:30 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to ensure an on-time departure for the ceremony!

Flight

HNL - Daniel K. Inouye International Airport

We recommend flying into Honolulu International Airport (HNL)—it's the most convenient option for your arrival. Our wedding festivities will begin the evening of May 8th. Ubers and other ride-share options are easily available from the airport to the hotel. Just a heads-up: Honolulu traffic can be heavy during rush hour, so allow a little extra time for your commute.
