With the 400,000+ people that attend Lollapalooza each year, neither one of us expected to meet the one we'd marry at a music festival...but here we are! Jena was running late to Big Grams, waiting to meet her friends Tyler and Eva...little did Jena know Tyler had a friend named Pete (who happened to also enjoy Big Grams!) We bonded over our similar taste in music and after some time as friends, we started dating a few summers later. And a few summers after that, Pete was down on one knee near North Pond...on a long walk, where Jena knew he was up to something (after all, this was the first time Pete had ever suggested going on a long walk). Now we're a happy family of 5 (2 humans + 3 dogs), enjoying life in Albany Park, and officially being too old for Lollapalooza.
