Where should I stay?

We’ve reserved a block of rooms/villas at the Villa Montana Beach Resort, where the wedding events for the weekend will be held. Guests will receive a discounted rate if they book by January 12th 2026. Guests are also welcome to look at various Airbnb's near by. (Check out the Travel Tab for more information on stays!)

What should I wear to the Welcome Party Friday night?

Answer

The Welcome BBQ on Friday night will be outside on the beach, so light, breathable fabrics are best. Think beach cocktail attire! For men - lightweight fabrics, blazers with dress pants, khaki shorts with a nice button down, or even dress shirts with dressy pants and a sport coat. Flip flops, loafers or boat shoes being appropriate footwear. (This means no cutoffs, dad) For women - maxi dresses, midi dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates in breathable fabrics, paired with wedges, block heels, or dressy flats that are comfortable on sand. The goal is to be polished and formal yet comfortable in a beach setting, using light fabrics and comfortable shoes! (Thanks ChatGPT)

The wedding day festivities will take place shaded in the restaurant and outside (on grass)! Beach formal Attire for men - a suit or dress pants with a nice button-down shirt in light-colored, breathable fabrics like linen or cotton, with loafers or dress shoes. Ties optional (Dad, no shorts) Attire for women - dresses or jumpsuits in light, flowing fabrics such as chiffon or cotton, including maxi, midi, or cocktail styles in elevated silhouettes and bright colors or tropical prints. Should I rent a car?

Answer

If you're traveling from San Juan Airport or plan to explore the island, renting a car is recommended. If you're flying in to Aguadilla Airport or you’ll mostly stay near the resort and wedding venue, taxis and Uber are convenient options.
