Unless specifically named on your invitation we don’t have the budget or space to accommodate for everyone to bring a plus one. Your invitation will be made out to "[Your Name] & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding.
We love your little ones dearly, but we are keeping our wedding an adults only affair (18+) and are only able to accommodate the children in our wedding party at our ceremony. We appreciate your understanding, and encourage you to use this as a night to relax, socialize and dance!
First and foremost we want everyone to be comfortable. We would LOVE to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! We encourage a cocktail/semi-formal attire. We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means that we are asking that all phones and devices are put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture this special day and we'd hate for their shots to have phones in them!
The ceremony will take place outside in the garden of Bedell Cellars and the cocktail hour will be held in the vineyards. Our reception will be outside under the rooftop patio of the winery. Incase of inclement weather there will be additional tents and umbrellas provided.
We have carefully selected our menu with our caterer to ensure that there is a variety of food for everyone to enjoy at our wedding.
There will be valet parking at Bedell Cellars.
Our wedding is out east in the North Fork of Long Island. If you would like to stay someplace nearby we have a hotel block at Hotel Indigo at a discounted rate to our guests. June is a popular time to visit the North Fork and we highly recommend booking now since rooms book quickly and are not guaranteed. Please see our Travel/Accommodation section for more details and other hotel recommendations in the area.
Yes! Hotel Indigo allows pets for an additional fee. Just let them know when booking.
We will provide shuttles to and from Hotel Indigo and Bedell Cellars as well as our after party (Ubergeek Brewery). Please see our travel/accommodation section for more details. ~ Shuttles are available to all of our wedding guests, regardless if you are staying at Hotel Indigo ~
Our ceremony starts promptly at 5pm. We kindly ask that our guests arrive 20-30 minutes early to ensure that everyone is able to be seated for the ceremony in a timely manner. If you are running late we may ask you to wait for the ceremony to finish before joining us at the cocktail hour so that it’s not interrupted.
Unfortunately, the town noise ordinance is at 11pm. We will be having an after party at Uber Geek Brewing Company for those who wish to continue the celebrations with us. Please see our schedule section for further details.
