Dublin International Airport is the nearest airport to Kilkea Castle. The fastest way to get from Dublin Airport (DUB) to Kilkea Castle is by rental car; approximately 45min. Get ready to drive on the other side of the road! Note: to rent a car in Ireland using your credit card insurance, you need a letter from you credit card company stating coverage. To obtain the letter: call your credit card company and mention you are looking for proof of rental car insurance and they will send you a letter. There is also a schedule-ahead taxi service in Ireland called "Free Now".
