We’re getting married!

Jimmy and Emily met while they were both athletic training students at Kean University. Emily shadowed a day of preseason football and met the bucket hat wearing junior himself, Jimmy. Over the next 2 years they became friends and Emily often found herself telling her best friend Sara to ‘shut up’ while she tried to convince her to go flirt with Jimmy. Eventually, Jimmy moved away to Auburn and they both carried on with their lives. That is until the end of Emily’s senior year when Jimmy offered to help her get an internship at Auburn. She laughed it off when her friends told her they “gave it a week” until “Jemily” finally became a thing. But sure enough, within a week of her move down south, Emily was helping Jimmy move a secondhand couch into his apartment and the rest was history. 1 year of a “secret” relationship between co workers, 3 years of long distance, 1 year of moving in together during a pandemic, and 1 giant dog later, they’re ready to say ‘I Do.’ To be truthful, they have been since the moment they stood in that apartment doorway saying goodnight on a hot Alabama summer evening.

We are so looking forward to a weekend of love and laughter and just want to express our gratitude to everyone as we approach our wedding day. You all have been there from the start and have loved and supported us through our journey thus far. We cannot imagine beginning this new chapter without all of you there to share the moment with us.
