When should I RSVP by? / Cuándo debo confirmar mi asistencia?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by July 30, 2023. If you cannot attend, we will miss you, and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Those that do not RSVP by July 30, 2023 - we are so sorry you cannot make it! If you miss this date, we may be unable to accommodate your presence at the wedding, as we will send final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline. Confirme su asistencia antes del 30 de julio de 2023. Si no puede asistir, lo extrañaremos y le agradeceríamos que nos lo hiciera saber lo antes posible. Aquellos que no confirmen su asistencia antes del 30 de julio de 2023, sentimos mucho que no puedan asistir! What is the Dress Code? / Qué es el código de vestimenta?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail to black tie. This means tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are long cocktail dresses and suits. No jeans, short dresses, boots, hats, sneakers, or casual attire, please. Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event unless otherwise specified in your invitation. We encourage you to use this as a date night to relax, socialize, and dance! Thank you for understanding! Amamos a tus pequeños! Sin embargo, hemos decidido mantener nuestra boda y recepción como un evento solo para adultos a menos que se especifique lo contrario en su invitación. Will there be an open bar? / Habrá barra libre?

Answer

There will be an open bar until the set amount has been reached, from then on it will turn into a cash bar. We kindly ask that you do not bring your own alcohol per the venue rules. Habrá barra libre hasta alcanzar la cantidad establecida, a partir de ese momento se convertirá en barra de efectivo. Le pedimos amablemente que no traiga su propio alcohol según las reglas del lugar.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors? / La boda será en el interior o al aire libre?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors. After the ceremony guests will be led to the outdoor area to enjoy appetizers and drinks before entering the venue for the reception. Tanto la ceremonia como la recepción se llevarán a cabo en el interior. Después de la ceremonia, los invitados serán conducidos al área al aire libre para disfrutar de aperitivos y bebidas antes de ingresar al lugar para la recepción.

Can I bring a Guest/Date? / Puedo traer un invitado?

Answer

If your guest name is listed on your invitation and when you RSVP, then yes! Your invitation will be made out to "[Your Name] & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation, so we ask that you do not bring a guest. Si su nombre de invitado aparece en su invitación y cuando confirma su asistencia, entonces sí! Su invitación se hará a nombre de "[Su nombre] y invitado" si se le ha dado un plus. Debido a la capacidad limitada, solo podemos permitir la entrada a las personas nombradas en su invitación, por lo que le pedimos que no traiga invitados.

Is seating random? / Los asientos son aleatorios?

Answer

No! For the ceremony, sit wherever you please. However, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner). No! Para la ceremonia, siéntate donde quieras. Sin embargo, organizaremos cuidadosamente las mesas para que nuestros invitados se sienten con sus conocidos (o su acompañante o pareja).

What do I do if I'm late for the ceremony? / Qué hago si llego tarde a la ceremonia?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 pm, if you arrive late please do not open the doors to the ceremony area. When walking into the venue there will be a set of stairs to your left after opening the black entrance doors, please go up the stairs and you will be able to watch the ceremony from the top of the venue. La ceremonia comienza puntualmente a las 5:00 pm, si llega tarde, no abra las puertas del área de la ceremonia por favor. Cuando ingrese al lugar, habrá un conjunto de escaleras a su izquierda después de abrir las puertas de entrada negras, suba las escaleras y podrá ver la ceremonia desde la parte superior del lugar.
