rodney is THE pitmaster. he specializes in whole hog bbq with that carolina vinegar based sauce. the banana pudding ain't no joke either.
if you have time to wait in line, the small space boasts great champagne & wine. the raw bar showcases new england's finest.
the workshop is part of a new development "pacific box and crate". the workshop is an incubator food court with some great food vendors. if you like house made charcuterie and wood fired sourdough pizzas, the Edmund's Oast Brewery next door is a great choice - it was our favorite place to watch the NFL and college games
need some culture? check out the nation's first museum. while you're there, go check out the "bunting natural history exhibit"
this is a beautiful plantation with a lot of history. it is still a working farm today - they offer daily tours. don't forget to check out their market Boone Hall Farm Market closeby where they sell the plantations fruits and veggies. They also have a great selection of dry goods and charleston specialty foods making great gifts to take home.
