Dress to impress! Our wedding is Black Tie, meaning women should wear floor length dresses or gowns and men should wear formal tuxedos or black/navy blue suits! Parking is free if you self park at the Carmichael. If you would like to valet, that is an option as well!
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.
While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults only occasion with the exception to those children in the wedding. We hope you will take this opportunity to enjoy a date night and we appreciate you making prior arrangements!
While we would love to host a Welcome Party for our guests, we will having an intimate Rehearsal Dinner for immediate family and wedding party only. If you are to attend the Rehearsal Dinner you will see the option to accept or decline when you RSVP.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm so please plan to arrive by 4:00pm. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until the ceremony is completed.
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! If you are not staying at the Carmichael, please plan on responsible transportation if you plan on drinking!
If you are able to RSVP as soon as you recieve your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We ask that you RSVP before June 12th. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will have to be marked as "not attending" due to our vendors' cut off dates.
Check in is at 3:00pm, however, you can call the hotel the morning of the wedding and ask for early check in. You may consider this option due to the ceremony starting at 4:30pm.
The bride and groom will be getting breakfast at 9:30am at the hotel restaurant, Vivante.
