There is, indeed. The lot will be before any of the other important stuff you need to see, so you'll be good. And for the love of God, no Bird Scooters.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Yes. Your car. Or an Uber if you've been drinking. Overnight parking is allowed. Don't be an idiot.
