Can I use my frequent flyer miles?

Answer

We would recommend saving them for another time and booking through Genesis (our travel agent). The cost would be about the same, if not a bit more expensive if you used your miles for an airline ticket and booked a room through the hotel directly.

How long should I stay for at the resort?

Answer

That is completely up to you! If you’d like to just come for the weekend, that’s great! If you’d like to turn it into a week long vacation, that’s great, too! Genesis can work with you on dates, pricing things out from different airports, etc.

What’s included in “all-fun inclusive”?

Answer

Everything you could want! Food Drinks (alcoholic included!) Accommodations at the luxury resort, Hotel XCaret Transportation to/from the airport to the resort Access to all of the awesome adventure parks and archeological tours listed in our “Things to Do” section. Transportation to and from the awesome parks!

Question

Rooms/ Prices are based on double occupancy. What should I do if I don’t have someone to share a room with?

Feel free to bring a friend! Otherwise, let us know if you’d be interested in rooming with another solo guest from our group and we can try to pair you up.

When should I book through Genesis at Breton Travel?

Answer

Whenever you are ready! Give Genesis a call to get an idea of pricing. You can book then, or wait a bit. The cost of the trip can be paid in installments. The resort is in high demand and does book up a few months in advance, so we recommend not waiting too long!
