In the event that it is raining, the ceremony will take place at Wellsburg Fire hall at the same time as on the invitation.

Yes you can come to the reception even if you don’t come to the ceremony. If you are unable to attend the ceremony but you can make it to the reception we would still love to celebrate with you. You do not have to come to ceremony if you choose.
