We are getting married!

We first met when Jeffrey attended my congregation meeting to visit his mother 4 years ago. We said hello, and that was all. To my surprise in 2021, I received a message from Jeffrey through social media, commenting on my new puppy at the time. The conversation was very easy and naturally we started to converse more and more throughout the next few months. After a few months had passed Jeffrey and I finally met for a second time in person. All went very well and we decided to continue to get to know each other more. On July the 3rd, 2021, Jeffrey asked me to be his girlfriend on our first date in Nashville. The rest is history!

This day was so special. To celebrate our first date that was almost a year ago, we decided to have a photographer take our pictures at the very same locations we visited at that time. While we stood on the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge, the exact location Jeffrey asked me to be his girlfriend, he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him! Of course I said, yes! The rest of the day we spent visiting the locations we visited on our first date, while celebrating with friends and family. That day could not have been more perfect! We are so excited to start this new chapter in our lives, surrounded by all of our loved ones. We appreciate and love each and every one of you!
