We met at the job I had just gotten as a waitress. Alan was a food runner. He was a quick and speedy one at that. But me being the independent person I am, always told him " I can bus and run my own food". Mainly because I'm cheap and don't like to tip out 😂. I hardly new him. But he was this tall, very attractive guy. But, like most. He was "taken". So I didn't think much of it after that. We'll a few months down the road, Alan was single. And I was happy. But, he wasn't ready for a relationship. He didn't want one. Neither did I. I just wanted someone to hang out with and just for once have fun and know what night life felt like. Well we started to hang out after work and go out with friends. After awhile, he met my son and my father. And at some point, he moved in. We started dating. We were inseperable. And still are. We fell in love with one another. Always wanting to better each other for the future. And I to this day, am grateful I was given the chance to be with him and learn that there are still great men out there. He's a father to his amazing little boy and a great role model for my little man. Everyday he shows us just how much he cares. And when he asked me to marry him, I new right then and there my answer would be yes and that I couldn't wait for our happiness to grow even more. So from the both of us, we invite you to join us on our big day and celebrate the beginning of our lives together. #BecomingRichardson2018
