The two cheapest and primary options are Santo Domingo and Punta Cana. *Santo Domingo to Las Terrenas is about a 2 hour shuttle ride. *Punta Cana to Las Terrenas is about a 3 hour 45 minute shuttle ride.
Las Terrenas has many lodging options. There are many home rentals with the major companies that are very reasonably priced. There is also a couple nice resorts right near our villa as well. See travel page for more details.
There are many options for activities in Las Terrenas area. *Whale watching should be pretty good at this time of year. *There is some good hiking/atv trails in the area *Waterfalls (Cascade de Limon) *Snorkeling *Fishing/Boat excursions
