If you’re flying in, MSP will be the closest airport. From the airport it’s about a ~25 min drive/uber to the West Suburbs where our hotels are located.

We reserved a room block for our guests. Whether you are coming from out of town or in-town but want to stay closer to the venue and fun! ~25 minutes from the venue and close to the action. Shuttle buses will be picking up and dropping off at this location on 09/26/26. Last day to book at the special rate is 09/03/2026. Shuttle

Shuttle from the Marriott to Bavaria Downs

September 26, 2026 3:15 pm - 12:00 am

Shuttles will be provided from Minneapolis Marriott Southwest to Bavaria Downs for all guests. 2 buses will depart for the ceremony at 3:15pm CST. There will be staggered shuttle times back to the hotel throughout the evening starting at 10pm with the last bus departing at midnight.

Parking at Bavaria Downs

On site parking is available at Bavaria Downs. Please park in the lots designated for the Edward Anne Estate. Please see map above. Any vehicles left overnight must be picked up by 10:00am the next day or they will subject towing at the discretion of the venue.
