Katie and Jeff's story starts the way many millennial love stories do; with a dating app. Katie and Jeff had their first couple of dates in early March of 2020, right before the pandemic fully arrived on the scene. With Katie working in a COVID ICU at the time, the two were very careful about social distancing. They quickly transitioned to FaceTime dates and running outdoors (something Jeff was a real good sport about). Within the next month or so, the two were FaceTiming every morning and having social distancing dates whenever they could. Finally with numbers coming down in May, the couple finally started to spend time together- not six feet apart! Soon they were inseparable, and they quickly moved in together that following September. Now almost four years later, the two have shared many of life's moments together, with Jeff starting his new construction management career and Katie starting graduate school. In March of 2023, on the anniversary of their first date, and at the bar where they first met, Jeff got down on one knee and Katie said yes!! Now they can’t wait to celebrate and have one heck of a party with all of their family and friends!!!!
