We're getting married!

Kasey and Jeffrey’s story began in the summer of 2021, when fate (and a few mutual friends) brought them together. While Kasey was enjoying a lively day at the Travers race, Jeff—who was spending time with friends in Hoboken—sent her a message that sparked something neither of them could have predicted. Though hesitant at first, Kasey agreed to meet a week later. Their first date at Comfort Kitchen and 9 Maple in downtown Saratoga turned into hours of conversation and laughter. By the end of the night, they both knew something extraordinary had begun. Since that unforgettable first date, Kasey and Jeffrey have built a life filled with adventure, love, and countless memories. Together, they’ve explored Boston, Burlington, Cape Cod, Delaware, Italy, South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Aruba—always dreaming of their next destination. In 2023, they purchased their first home in Ballston Spa, where they’ve embraced life’s simple joys, from tending to their six beloved chickens to caring for their pups, Bentley and Alfie. At home, Kasey enjoys being spoiled by Jeff’s culinary creations, while weekends are often spent discovering new restaurants or planning their next big adventure. One of their most cherished adventures happened during a weekend getaway to Beverly, Massachusetts. While exploring new towns and bringing their dogs along for the journey, Jeffrey made sure Kasey had no idea what was coming—convincing her that a proposal wasn’t happening on this trip. After a fancy late-night dinner, Kasey was completely caught off guard when Jeffrey proposed with their pups by their side. It was a moment full of surprise, joy, and love, perfectly capturing everything their relationship means. Their journey has been filled with laughter, love, and a sense of home wherever they are—as long as they’re together.
