Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal or Black Tie Optional Formal, also known as black tie optional, is a step down from Black Tie, but the message remains: dress to impress. Keep it elegant and classy. Gentlemen to wear suit & tie. Ladies to wear long or mid-length dresses. Stay in the spring colors.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. Only kids from immediate family & friends flying from overseas are invited. We hope you understand as the guest list is pretty tight.

Where should guests park?

Answer

The venue has a hosted valet service.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00 PM. Please arrive on time.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony & Cocktail Hour is OUTDOOR. Reception is INDOOR.

Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

Due to the space limitations of our venue, we unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list to those who will be playing a role in the ceremony. We apologize in advance to those who are not included.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We have a room block at VEA Hotel in Newport Beach. It is about 11 mins away from The Lido House Hotel. You can also book a room at the venue (Lido House Hotel) itself, but room blocks at Lido House is not available.

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?

Answer

After the wedding ceremony, we will be serving light passed hors d’oeuvres accompanied by an open bar. We invite you to toast to our nuptials with a curated selection of wine, beer and our signature cocktail.

Will transportation be provided between the to and from the hotel, ceremony and reception?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided to and from the hotel, ceremony / reception. If you are staying at a nearby hotel, we highly encourage taking Uber or Lyft.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Our deadline to RSVP is March 13, 2024. Please check the QR code on the invitation to RSVP. If you don't RSVP on time, we will assume that you won't be able to make it.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

Reception ends at 11pm. We will have a non-hosted after party at the Topside Deck (same location) from 11pm-12am. Hoping you can spend it with us!
