Vermont is a very special place, and we hope our out of town guests can take some time to explore! Here are some ideas to make the most of summer in the Green Mountains!
Go for a Hike!
Casey's favorite hike is Camel's Hump, a true Vermont classic! Try the Burrows trail. For an shorter hike nearby (and great view of Casey's Hometown), try Mt. Philo!
Explore Downtown Burlington!
Take a stroll down Church Street, walk along the Waterfront, bike along the lake, or checkout the ECHO museum. Don't forget to look for Champ and ask Casey for food recommendations!
Hang out with cows!
Head to Shelburne Farms to get to know the local VIPs
Eat lots of ice cream!
Vermont is known for its ice cream! You can tour the iconic Ben & Jerrys factory, but trying a maple Creemee from a local stand is definitely a must. Also check out LuLu's if you're in Vergennes!
