What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best semi-formal or cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. For example, if your invitation says "The Kinman Family", that means that your children are welcome to join. For those that are planning to bring children, please be sure to watch them closely. If you are not planning to bring your kiddos, please let Jeffrey or Caroline know ASAP.

Is there lodging available?

Answer

Yes! There are Airbnbs on site. They become available to book in December of 2025. The website to book these is "https://www.daynabrookfarm.com/overnightaccomodations". They are first come, first serve! There are also several hotels nearby.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will promptly start at 5:00 PM so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything. This will give you time to park, find the guestbook, and find your seat. If you are late, you will not be allowed inside until the reception.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you.... get ready to party!

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The party will end at 11:00 PM sharp. There is a noise ordinance in Harrodsburg that we must comply with.
