Question

Do I need to be vaccinated against COVID-19 to attended your wedding?

Answer

YES. Also, yes.

Question

Will I need my vaccination card to attend your wedding?

Answer

YES! In fact, all of the spaces that the wedding is taking place will require you to have your vaccination card and ID. The card can be digital (on your phone) or physical.

Question

Do your wedding and reception venues have outdoor spaces?

Answer

Yes! All of our wedding venues (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception) have an outdoor space. Our ceremony will be outdoors on the patio of the bar. Our cocktail hour bar has outdoor space in the front and in the back. Dinner reception will mostly be outside, but will have some indoor options if you would prefer to eat indoors.

Transportation and Parking

Answer

Parking at Casements: There is a parking lot behind Casements. It's called California Parking at 2351 Mission St. See link for more information: https://www.californiaparking.com/2351-mission-st-mission-district.shtml Public Transportation: There are BART stops at 16th/Mission St. and also 24th/Mission. The 49 and 14 Muni lines drop off at 20th and Mission. From the ceremony to cocktail hour and dinner reception: Guests are invited to ride Gillibus from Casements, which will begin boarding for its first run at 3:45, to Royal Cuckoo Bar. Gillibus will do multiple runs taking guests from Casements to Royal Cuckoo, so if you miss the first run, don't worry; they'll be back. You are also welcome to take Muni or rideshare services (Lyft/Uber). We do not encourage driving since there is only street parking near the cocktail hour and dinner reception. The Front Porch is around the corner from the Royal Cuckoo and we are planning to all walk over to dinner once cocktail hour is over.

Do I need to bring a mask?

Answer

YES. San Francisco has a mask mandate in most venues. Although most of the wedding is outdoors, we cannot guarantee you will be outside at all times.

Will You Have Transportation From Your Ceremony at Casements Bar to Your Cocktail Hour?

Answer

YESSSSSS! We have secured transportation for you from our wedding ceremony site (Casements Bar) to our cocktail hour (The Royal Cuckoo). We will have private busses to transport you! There will be multiple runs down Mission Street, so no need to crowd in. All windows will be opened and we will be able to accommodate however many of you want to take it. If you prefer to take care of your own transportation, please feel free to. But if you want to hop on Gillibus, go for it. It'll be a lot of fun! http://www.gillibus.com/

What Should I Wear?

Answer

This is a celebration!!! We encourage sequins, bright colors, feathers—whatever makes you happy and feel festive. We also encourage comfortable shoes or to bring a change of comfortable shoes. There will be some walking from the cocktail hour to our dinner reception (a couple blocks) so we wanted to give you a heads up.
