More commonly known as "dad", "Father Jeff" or, as Jessica likes to annoy him with, "Big Daddy". Jeff just celebrated 30 years at Principal, in the real estate investments department. When not working, which isn't very often, he enjoys getting together with his college fraternity brothers to tell old stories, scuba diving with his buddies from Texas, or pheasant hunting with his buddies from Iowa. He also enjoys helping Jessica explore new restaurants for her food blog, although he also has made it known that sometimes he just needs a good cheeseburger and fries. In the cold months, Jeff likes to travel to Scottsdale and, during the sweltering months, to Steamboat. If it wasn't for meeting Jessica, he probably would have gotten a 1-bedroom condo in each city by now. But...when love strikes! So now, instead of an HOA doing his yardwork and snow shoveling, he gets to enjoy almost an acre of land to mow and maintain. Jeff's super-power is his ability to weather any storm with grace. He sees right from wrong, and is not afraid to defend those that cannot defend themselves.
Jessica
Bride
More commonly known as "mom" or "bruh", Jessica loves her job as a Senior Commercialization Manager, project managing financial product launches, in order to best support her company's credit unions. She loves spending time with her family, walking Mochi, vacationing around the globe, and is getting a little too used to staying home all-day as a work-from-home employee (showers are optional most days and coffee breath is a real issue!). When Jeff can convince her to shower and leave the house, her side-hobby is trying out new restaurants and cuisines; there aren't too many foods she won't try, at least once, and loves blogging about her food on her website or on her FB page Central Iowa Foodie Chic. Her favorite time of year is Christmas, when it's too cold to go outside and she can be inside at home with her family, watching a movie or sitting around the fireplace. She loves to cook, too, so holidays are a great excuse for her to make enough food to feed an army. Jessica's super-power is that she can be listening to an audiobook, have the tv on, hold a conversation with someone, all whilst cooking dinner, and still know what is happening with everything.
Kaitlyn
Maid of Honor
More commonly known as "Kait", “Queen Bee" or, as Isaac likes to call her, “Sister”, Kaitlyn graduated from Univ. of Wisconsin in 2020, after an awesome softball career pitching for the Badgers, took a Covid gap year, and has now graduated from University of Denver with her Masters in Social Work. She works at Lutheran Hospital, in Des Moines, as a medical social worker and loves her job. In her free time, she loves paddleboarding or reading a good book.
Braden
Best Man
More commonly known as "Brad", “B-Menz" or, as Isaac likes to call him, “Brother”, Braden graduated this year from St. Olaf with a degree in Kinesiology, after an amazing 4 years playing football as a tight-end for the Oles, and is pursuing PT school following a gap year. He's mostly looking forward to volunteering as a football coach at Waukee Northwest High School, working and spending time with family.
Isaac

More commonly known as "lil man" or "Reep", Isaac is looking forward to the start of 8th grade in Waukee. He is most interested in not letting brother-Braden relax during his gap-year, bugging sister-Kaitlyn to take him to SkyZone and convincing his mom that he needs his own YouTube channel. When not on his iPad, Isaac thoroughly enjoys riding carousels, shooting videos that he hopes will one day make him famous, and playing with his Google Nest.
Mochi

More commonly known as "Moch", "Momma's baby" or "Mochi-man", Mochi is very excited to chase squirrels and disregard all of his service-dog trainings when a squinny scampers nearby. When he isn't chasing squirrels, he likes to play frisbee or go on long walks, especially at dusk with a beautiful sunset on the horizon; he's a romantic kind of a dude. And ladies...he is handsome, single and ready to mingle!
