When should I RSVP by?

Answer

*Update* we have changed the RSVP by date from March 1st to March 20th. Please RSVP no later than March 20th.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, semi formal. Please refrain from colors such as white or ivory as these are reserved for the bride. Please be sure to bring layers as it may be cold in the evening.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

All guests are welcome to bring a plus one.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a pick up shuttle service at 2:40pm at the Toll House Hotel, Los Gatos. The return service will be at 9:30pm back to the hotel. There are also ride sharing services such as Lyft and Uber in the area and plenty of parking at the venue if you prefer to drive.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

3pm at the earliest. The ceremony will start at 3:30pm. Please be sure to arrive and get seated before the ceremony begins. We will not allow guests to be seated after the ceremony has begun.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception dining area is outdoors, however the area for dancing and lounge space will be indoors.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, any food allergies or restrictions will be accommodated. Please let us know when you RSVP.

Question

Is this a “4/20 friendly” wedding?

Answer

Yes, we will have cannabis products containing low amounts of THC and CBD including edibles and vaporizers. These products will be managed by our budtender service for guests to enjoy. There will also be CBD water provided. Guests are not allowed to bring any personal cannabis products to the venue.
