When is the RSVP deadline?

The deadline is November 20th. Don't make us hunt you down...

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors adjacent to where the indoor reception will take place. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony and reception will take place indoors.

What is the suggested dress code?

Answer

We are asking guests to dress accordingly with cocktail attire (suits and party dresses).

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that our guests arrive no later than 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony. (That means butts in the seats at 4pm Delano girls).

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be aged 12+. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Uber/Lyft are available in the Winter Haven area.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There is plenty of parking and of course it is at no cost to our guests.

Is this a dry wedding or do I need to bring my own bottle of Henny?

Answer

C'mon now... you can expect alcohol. However, the venue excludes all guest from bringing outside drinks, so save that Henny for another time.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes, dinner and drinks provided for RSVP'd guests.
