According to Chula Vista, the wedding party and guests are required to wear a mask when we are not eating or drinking. They, however, cannot enforce the mask mandate and understand each individual's situation is different.
1.) The DJ will be Covid tested prior to our event. They will also have a "text to request" feature so you can request a song from a distance. 2.) Our ballroom was expanded to accommodate more tables. This has allowed for less crowding at the dinner table and more spacing all together. 3.) All food will be served by waitstaff who have to follow safety protocols before starting their shift. 4.) Masks can be worn. 5.) The wedding ceremony is outdoors, the hotel is not requesting masks to be worn during the ceremony. If you're more comfortable wearing one, please do so. 6.) We will have a small supply of extra masks and hand sanitizer at the reception. *If you're uncertain of something, or we didn't answer your safety questions, please feel free to reach out to Caitlin or Jeff.
No, we have a backup plan! If weather intervenes, we will have our ceremony indoors. The hotel will have signs instructing guests of any last minute changes.
