Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 4:30pm, as guests will be shuttled to the ceremony site, with the ceremony beginning promptly at 5:00pm. Our venue has a strict reservation time of 5:00–10:00pm. Because the ceremony will take place on a putting green and shuttle transportation is required, guests who arrive after the bridal party has begun walking down the aisle will not be able to be seated, as this would disrupt our videography and photography. Late arrivals will be asked to wait and will be escorted to join us during cocktail hour. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us capture these special moments!

Can I bring someone not on the invitation?

Answer

We kindly request that only the guests named on the invitation attend, as we have limited seating available and cannot accommodate uninvited guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we adore your little ones, we have chosen to have a kid-free wedding to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for all. This will allow everyone to fully celebrate without distractions and make the most of our open bar venue. However, they are welcome to our Welcome Event at Chicken N Pickle! We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Can I record/take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’ve hired an incredible team of professional videographers and photographers to capture every moment of our special day. We kindly ask that no cell phones be used during the ceremony. Once the ceremony concludes, feel free to take all the photos and videos you’d like, especially during the reception!

Are you registered? Where?

Yes! Please navigate to the Registry tab, where we are registered here on Zola and on Etsy. When you go to purchase an item, it will send directly to our home. And if you purchase from Etsy, it is pre-personalized and ready to be purchased. And if you'd like to just contribute money, we have Caitlin's Venmo account QR code ready to be scanned!

This event is semi-formal. Please avoid wearing white. The bride thanks you!

Is the wedding site the same as the hotel?

Answer
