What should I wear?

Answer

This is a reception-only celebration, so we suggest “casual dressy”!

What kind of food will there be?

Answer

We will have buffet style appetizers and dinner with plenty of vegetarian options! There will be beer, wine, and champagne. Guests are welcome to contribute to the libations, but no liquor is permitted at the venue.

Is the airport far?

Answer

PDX International Airport is about half an hour away from the area we live in and will be celebrating. A Lyft or Uber will be the best way to ride into town.

How long is your reception?

Answer

The party starts at 4pm, and ends at 9:30. For those interested in a post party nightcap, location is TBD

Is Portland ACTUALLY weird?

Answer

YES. For those who have never visited or lived here, you will likely see quite a few characters. Don’t worry, they’re either friendly or keep to themselves.

What’s the traffic like in Portland? 😬

Well, it’s not Miami. But it does get crunchy. Rush hour can start as early as 2:30. Keep that in mind when making travel plans! If you’re driving, parking can be a pain, and we suggest you have parallel parking skills. Car-to-go and Lyft are great alternatives to renting a vehicle here, too!
