What should I wear?

Answer

Coastal Formal Attire: Think elevated resort elegance. Flowing maxi dresses, dressy midi dresses, and suits or jackets with dress pants. Ties are optional. We encourage guests to dress up and celebrate in style. Please no shorts, denim, or flip flops.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Due to our limited venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the children of immediate family members. Infants under 6 months are welcome. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Will the ceremony be outside?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony will take place on the Crystal Pier at Oceanic. The pier is uncovered, made of wood and is accessible by both stairs and ramps to accommodate all guests.

Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our reception will be held indoors on the third floor of Oceanic. Please note that there is no elevator access to the third floor, so guests will need to use the stairs.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Join us for a casual welcome gathering the evening before the wedding from 7:30–9:30 PM! Food and drinks will be available for purchase. All guests are welcome. We’d love the chance to spend a little extra time with everyone before the big day. Please reach out to the bride or groom to let us know you are coming and we will send additional location details.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the Oceanic does have a free parking lot however it is first come first serve. There are public spaces right outside the entrance on S Lumina Avenue. $6.00/hr or $30.00/day that are enforced from 9AM to 8PM. Pay via the Text2Park app or physical pay stations. Digital wallets (Venmo, CashApp) are NOT accepted. Jack Parker Lot (Access #43) Roughly a 3-minute walk south of Oceanic is another option.

Is there a dedicated hotel block?

Answer

No, we do not have a designated hotel block but are happy to provide any Airbnb or hotel recommendations nearby.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let either the bride or groom know ASAP about any food allergies.
