*MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY PER ROOM 3 adults and 1 child OR 2 adults and 2 children This applies to all three room options. Exceptions can be made if you want to book for 2 adults and 3 children. For these exceptions please text Natalie or Jeff. *MINIMUM STAY Every room type has a minimum stay of 3 nights *CHECK IN/OUT Check-in 3pm If you arrive before this time, you still have access to all services on site before checking in to your room. The hotel can store your luggage. Check-out 12pm *TRANSPORTATION Please see the “Travel” tab for information on transportation to and from the airport to the hotel. *PASSPORT Your passport must be valid up to at least 6 months after your travel date. *REMINDER The Wedding Day is on Saturday, May 18th.

Deposit, Cancellation, Insurance

Deposit and Payment Plan 1st Deposit To hold the room, a deposit of $150 will be needed per room at the time of booking 2nd Deposit 50% of room cost is due by January 31, 2024 Final Payment Remaining balance will be due by March 31, 2024 Cancellation From the time of booking until January 31, 2024, your deposit is refundable. From February 1, 2024 to March 1, 2024, the 1st and 2nd deposits are non-refundable. There are also penalties for reducing the number of nights or people in the room. From March 2, 2024 to your travel date, any room cancellation will result in a 100% penalty per room. Insurance There is a Group Protection Plan available to purchase within 14 calendar days of making your booking. The cost depends on your reservation total and must be paid in full at the time of adding it to the booking. Please ask Annie for more information if you wish to add insurance.
