Where are you registered?

Answer

We have not registered for any gifts. We would prefer to receive gift cards so that we can evaluate the things we need once we complete the move into our new home! Gift cards to Macy's, Think Kitchen, Home Depot and Lowe's are welcomed.

Is the ceremony and reception at Murphy’s Taproom & Carriage House?

Answer

Yes. We invite you to mix and mingle in the bar area during cocktail hour after the ceremony, while the Bride & Groom prepare for their first entrance as Mr & Mrs. Chartier!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors. The venue does provide an outdoor balcony for mingling as well.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off too!

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal/ cocktail attire.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that all guests arrive at least 30 minutes prior to make sure no one misses out on the start of the ceremony at 6pm.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

During the reception, we encourage our guests to take and post pictures on your social media channels. Please tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #ChartierWeddingBliss so we can see all of your pictures! However, we kindly ask that photos and videos NOT be taken during the Ceremony. We want everyone to enjoy our ceremony with us without distractions.

What kind of food will be served at the reception?

Answer

Our guests are invited to a buffet style dinner. Your choice of chicken, steak and fish will be served.
