Hi, my name Rousa. I met MinhThi in high school. I wasn't one to approach a person to make friends but she was. She stood right in front of me and asked, "What nationality are you?" One simple question created a life time of friendship. I am proud to call her my best friend today. We definitely been through a lot, but never lost hope and trust in each other. I am beyond happy she met Jeff. He is one of a kind man who brings the best of MinhThi . Jeff brought a side of MinhThi that I never saw shine so bright. I am excited to see their future together as Mr. and Mrs. I can't wait to stand by her side as the maid of Honor and as a sister to witness her love vowels to the love her life.

Mike name is Mike. I'm from Manteca. I'm currently living in Sacramento. I'm Jeff's younger brother. Some of the best memories I have of Jeff are us growing up together. he'd do what big brothers are supposed to do. He taught me how to shoot a jump shot, how to drive a car, how to tie a tie and even how to talk to women.

I'm Justin Paneda, Jeff's older brother. We are originally from Union City, CA, but grew up in Manteca, CA. I currently reside in Las Vegas, NV. Growing up, I remember my lil' bro and I fishing off the pier in Pacifica, CA, going off roading with our dad in his blue Jeep Wrangler, staying up late playing Mario Go-Kart and Mario Party, and trips to Disneyland and Great America. Congratulations to my lil' bro and his bride, Minhthi.

Hello, my name is Viviana Baizas. Everyone calls me "Viv" or "Vivie". I met the groom about six years ago. He is a good friend of my husbands. I met the bride once Jeff started to introduce her as his girlfriend :)) . I would say we clicked over our shared interests like spending time with family and friends, having an adventurous day, fitness and just an easy conversation. MinhThi and Jeff make it easy to be yourself, their love for life and each other is an honor to watch. I couldn't be more excited to be a part of their special day!

My name is Opher, and I'm from Manteca and currently living there as well. I am the youngest brother amongst us. I have a lot of memories of us, but ones that stick out especially are when we would all go on vacation to places like Tahoe or Vegas. Also, I have a lot of fond memories of us growing up in our old house. Jeff taught me how to work on my cars, how to better handle certain situations, and how to carry myself as a person over the years.

Hi, my name is Fitzgerald, but you can call me "Fitz" for short. I'm from Vallejo, CA and grew up most of my life in a small town called Manteca. I've known Jeff for quite some time now... he's like a brother to me. We met in high school and he was a freshman at the time. I decided to run track and field and that's how we met. Another pinoy brotha who turns out to be a speed racer. From then on, it was history and we'd hang out on many occasions. I remember the good ol' days when we used to go to like three different parks and hoop all day. Side note: I'd share my ID when we wasn't 21 yet.

My name is Phuong, I am MinhThi’s favorite cousin (shh, don’t tell her other cousin that). I've lived in Arizona most of my life and, even though I live this far, we are still pretty close, which is why I am so honored to be a part of this special moment. I love her sense of passion and her devotion. She doesn’t give up or give in and she seem to find the right balance in her life. She may had her moments when it was dark, but she would always be her own light. She is like a mini flashlight that shine the brightest when the moment was the darkest. Now she has found her own flashlight to be by her side and help her shine even brighter than before. The way she lights up and smiles when she is with Jeff is pure happiness and love. I am so happy for her, I love you both. CONGRATULATIONS!

Hi! My name is Etzy. I'm a wife and a mother of a nine-month-old baby boy. Our friendship started eight years ago as coworkers in the medical field. She trained me as I started my career as a medical assistant. Throughout our friendship, MinhThi’s soul has had such an impact in my life. Although we live 100 miles away, when when we hang out together, her presences simply just lifts you up and always has a positive vibe. She has taken me on many road trips and adventures that I'm so grateful for and along the way have met and made new friends. I am so happy and so excited for MinhThi and Jeffrey's new chapter to come and I am blessed and grateful for them letting me be a part of it.

My name is Wesley, but my friends call me Colin. I am a Bay Area native raised in Clayton, CA and currently living in Fairfield, CA with my amazing girlfriend Nicole. I ran track and field in high school and then in college at CSU Sacramento. This is where I met Jeff on the track and cross country team and have my great memories including winning two NCAA Big Sky Conference Championships, the first two in school history.
